SOUL utilizes a supervision model based on a balance
of support and accountability. This model of supervision
has been tweaked and refined over the past decade
and we are proud to make it available as a tool
to serve new and older organizations and their leadership!
We have noted the crucial components of SOUL’s
staff development model with a hope that these tools
might prove useful to movement organizations broadly.
Our hope is that other organizations that may be
struggling with how to develop and sustain infrastructure
will be able to learn from what we have documented
